Carefully disassemble the product if required and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our specialized white-glove team will contact you to schedule a convenient home removal.
Receive Your Refund
